What are the office hours for Water2Wine Cruises?Water2Wine Cruises' office is located at 591 Stevens Drive in Richland and is open Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm and Saturday 9 am - 3 pm Pacific Time. The office telephone number is 509-578-1717

Where do I board the cruise?Cruises typically depart from Columbia Point Marina Park dock (near Lulu’s and Anthony’s Restaurants). Boarding Address is 660 Columbia Point Dr. Richland, WA 99352 During spring and winter, we also depart from Clover Island Marina in Kennewick. During winter months in extreme weather, we may opt to use the Howard Amon dock in Richland. Be sure and check your confirmation for the departure location and boarding time!

Does Water2Wine Cruises operate during the winter months?Yes. Water2Wine Cruises operate all year; come rain or come shine. Our motor yacht "The Chrysalis” is fully enclosed and has both heating and air‑conditioning on both decks.

Is the boat ADA accessible?Whereas our vessel is not handicapped accessible due to architectural barriers unique to the marine industry that limit or make it impossible to access certain areas, we are happy to receive and assist disabled guests who can walk a few steps without their compact/fold up walker or wheelchair. The main restrooms are on the lower level but are not certified ADA. The upper deck may not be accessible to those in wheelchairs. Please include any special needs when booking your cruise. May I bring my own alcohol?No outside food or beverages are allowed onboard.

What types of cruises are offered by Water2Wine Cruises?Water2Wine Cruises offers regularly scheduled public dining cruises (Columbia Park Marina in Richland) and private yacht charters for groups up to 80 guests.

Does Water2Wine Cruises operate in stormy weather?Yes. We rarely encounter weather in this area that would cause us to cancel. If we happen to experience severe weather conditions, the captain may choose to alter the route, return to dock during a cruise, or remain dockside for the length of the event.

What happens if a cruise is canceled by Water2Wine Cruises?Cruises are rarely canceled. Customers will be notified at least 12 hours prior to a cancellation, except in the case of unexpected severe weather. There may be times when the wind comes up and the captain elects to remain dockside until the wind subsides. If a cruise is canceled, customers will be allowed to reschedule to another cruise free of charge.

Where do I find parking?Parking is available at the Columbia Point Marina Park. Parking is free of charge.

What is the difference between boarding and departure times?Boarding time is the earliest you and your guests may board the vessel; departure time is the time of the cruise’s actual departure from the dock. The vessel will leave promptly at departure time. You are welcome to board the vessel any time between the scheduled boarding time through departure time. Please allow plenty of time for parking and walking to the vessel. Your cruise leaves promptly at the listed departure time, and passengers will not be able to board once the vessel is underway.

Do you have restrooms onboard?Yes. There are two restrooms on the lower deck, and one on the top deck.

What is Water2Wine Cruises’ smoking policy?All of our vessels are non-smoking, including all outer decks, pursuant to Washington State law and U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

May I bring a pet?Only animals that meet the clear definition of a service animal as described in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted; all other exceptions are disallowed. This means only an exclusively trained animal to execute tasks, which are directly related to the handler’s disability, as defined by the ADA may be granted passage. “Pets” used for therapy, comfort, or emotional support, do not meet the definition of a service animal and will be denied access aboard our vessel.

Does your vessel operate under supervision of the U.S. Coast Guard?Yes. Our vessel is regulated and certified by the U.S. Coast Guard. All deck crew are licensed and trained, as required by the USCG, to ensure everyone’s safety. Life preservers and lifesaving equipment, including child-size life vests are onboard as required. The U.S. Coast Guard requires all passengers over age 18 have valid photo identification.

How do I purchase tickets for a dinner or event cruise?Tickets may be purchased online or by phone at 509-578-1717 during normal business hours. We accept any major credit cards including Amex, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover or debit cards. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are required for all public dining cruises.

Will I receive a confirmation of my purchase?You will receive a confirmation emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The confirmation will include the boarding location and time, and the departure time. We will include your name and number in your party on our boarding manifest and will ask for the full names of the remaining guests when you board to comply with USCG regulations. Be sure and check your confirmation for the boarding location and time and departure time to ensure ample time to park and reach the vessel. Does Water2Wine Cruises offer senior or military rates?Water2Wine Cruises offer reduced rates for seniors over 60 years of age on our lunch and brunch cruises. Members of the military are offered reduced rates on most evening cruises. Please check each cruise description for specific information in this regard.

Are children allowed on Water2Wine Cruises’ cruises?Children are welcome aboard our family-friendly cruises, such as lunch, brunch, and select special events cruises. Children under 3 are free, however, they must be included in your reservations pursuant to U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Also, please request a high chair if needed when making a reservation. A guardian or parent must attend any minors and are required to make evident to our satisfaction proper and sufficient supervision. Seasonal dinner cruises are intended for a more refined experience and are restricted to guests 13 and older. Cocktail and party cruises are restricted to guests 21 and over.

How do I purchase gift certificate or a gift card?Water2Wine offers 2 different types of giving the perfect gift. Gift certificate may be purchased online here: Online Gift Certificate or by visiting our office. Gift certificates are not valid for onboard purchases, only for cruise tickets. Water2Wine Cruises' gift cards are available for purchase either at our office, over the phone and onboard. Gift cards are not redeemable online. Gift cards can be used for both cruise tickets and oboard purchases. Pricing and SchedulesIndividual ticket prices do not include a booking fee and Washington State sales tax. These charges are additional and are paid at the time your reservation is booked. Prices and schedules are subject to change.

Is gratuity included in the price of my cruise tickets?Yes!15% gratuity will be added to your reservation at the time of booking. If you have enjoyed the cruise experience and purchased additional items onboard, gratuities for our hardworking staff are appropriate and always greatly appreciated! A gratuity in the range of 15% to 20% of the cost of your on board purchases is appropriate. Gratuities may be paid in cash or added to your credit card payment for onboard purchases.

Do I get a private table and how is seating assigned?Yes, you will be seated at your own private table, with location depending upon the size of your party. We assign seats based on customer needs, requests, and the capacity for each cruise. However, sometimes seating is limited on heavily booked cruises, and we occasionally have to seat passengers with others. There is pre-assigned table seating on all our dining cruises and some Special Event Cruises, with the exception of Special Event Cruises that offer limited cocktail-style seating.

If I cancel my tickets, may I get a refund?"All ticket sales are non-refundable. You may, however, rebook for another day for up to one year.

If I miss my cruise may I get a refund?There are no refunds or rescheduling options if you miss your cruise.

I have a large party wanting to cruise; how should I book?For large size groups, please call our office please call our office Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm pst at 509-578-1717 or email sail@water2winecruises.com for more information. We would love to help you celebrate special occasions onboard. Please let us know what you are celebrating and the names of those being honored. Always feel free to check with your server if there is anything we can do to make your celebration more special.

May I meet the Captain and visit the pilothouse?Yes! Our captains have an “open door” policy and are available to visit when the door is open and they are free from pressing or important concerns.

Is food included?Yes, food is included on all public dining cruises. Food is available onboard for purchase for those who purchase a sightseeing only tickets.

May I change my selected entrée for the dinner cruise?You may change your dinner entrée entrée up to 3 days prior to your cruise departure. Please call our office at 509-578-1717 during normal business hours for assistance.

What if I have food allergies?If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. If booking online, please list any dietary restriction or concern in the comment section at booking. If you have already made a reservation, email us at sail@water2winecruises.com or call our office at 509-578-1717 during normal business and we will update your reseversation. We pride ourselves on being sensitive to special dietary needs.

Do you offer vegan and vegetarian options?Yes. We offer vegetarian and vegan options on all our cruises. Simply include your preferences or needs when booking your reservation.

May I bring a birthday cake on board?Cakes are not allowed on board.

What kind of drinks are available aboard Water2Wine Cruises?A wide range of handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase during your cruise from our full-service bar. Please bring a valid ID if you would like to purchase alcoholic beverages on board. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit cards onboard.

What is the dress code for Water2Wine Cruises?We do not require a particular dress code for any of our regularly scheduled cruises. We recommend resort casual to dressy attire for our Dinner Cruises and Special Event Cruises, as many of our guests celebrate special occasions on board. Please no ball caps or gym wear. As it may be breezy on the open-air decks, we recommend you bring a light jacket or sweater on all cruises in the event you wish to enjoy the sights from the open-air decks

How steady is the cruising? Will I get seasick?Our vessel is very stable and gentle even in high winds. It is rare to hear of anyone experiencing motion sickness. If you are prone to motion sickness, however, we suggest you take preventative measures, such as taking Bonine or ginger tablets several hours in advance.

What is your weapons policy?You may not bring any weapons, firearms, fireworks, explosives, hazardous substances, alcohol, illegal drugs, drinks, or food aboard our vessel.

If we book a private party, can we swim or jump from the back step?"There is absolutely no swimming, jumping, or diving from, off, or to the boat. Nothing whatsoever may be thrown over-board. Our vessel is regulated and certified by the U.S. Coast Guard. All captains are licensed and trained, as required by the USCG, to ensure everyone’s safety.
