Our family of 9 had a fun time on the brunch cruise. The food was really good, and it was relaxing and beautiful to take a cruise along the river. The boat was gorgeous, clean, nicely decorated for the holidays with a huge bathroom (not what I expected). Lots of festive alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Will do this cruise again!
We are having a great 5 hour cruise up the Columbia & Snake Rivers. Then through the Ice Harbour Dam Locks. Captain Karl gave us highlights throughout the cruise. The whole cruise crew were awesome. Very enjoyable trip, I cannot wait to plan my next cruise.
We went on a murder mystery cruise and had a blast!! Great service, great drinks, amazing show and a beautiful view. Food was also delicious! We got the steak and it was cooked very well. Shark attack is yummy and comes with a show. Can’t wait to come see another!
I was able to take the dinner cruise for my birthday. The service was amazing, the crew was fantastic and they really made me feel special on my birthday. The food was exceptionally good. This was such an awesome experience, it is definitely something I will recommend to everyone.
My in-laws have lived in Richland for years but have never taken a dinner cruise here. We were not disappointed. Starting with the drinks, the available options were good and the mixed drinks were wonderful. Wine list was good. Dinner was good all the way from the salad to the dessert. We all had steak, which were cooked to medium and were all tender. The staff was great, all very friendly and helpful and seemed to work well together as a team. The views and the ride were wonderful and smooth. We were a bit surprised to be going down river first, but we saw some beautiful views of the bridges in the sunset upon turning back up river.
Went on a dinner cruise with my husband for our 15 year anniversary. It was lovely. We decided to splurge a little and got the charcuterie board and the shrimp cocktail. The meats and cheese selected were delicious and the pickled asparagus was quite tasty. The shrimp were large and the cocktail sauce was fantastic with just the right amount of spice. For dinner he got the pesto chicken dinner and I got the sirloin. The food was *amazing*, and the staff was so great. The captain was great at keeping us informed and the whole ride was very smooth. The weather was perfect and the views were beautiful. Overall an incredible experience and we will definitely be doing this again. Thank you for such a fantastic date night location in the Tri-Cities.
We booked the champagne brunch cruise the night before on a whim and it was so worth it! The experience was fun, the food was delicious and the staff was 100% amazing, so friendly and upbeat! The boat was clean. The views were great. The price reflects the value perfectly. It was worth every penny!Also, we got captain hats for all of us, hahaha!

Our multi-generational family ranging in age from 3 weeks to much older enjoyed the Sunday Brunch Cruise, which was the perfect amount of time for our group. We are grateful to have had the rare opportunity to create life long memories. The crew was courteous, professional, the ship immaculate, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather! Wow! My friends and I had so much fun back in May on the dinner cruise. What a great experience. We all loved the food! Beautiful views! The staff were so amazing, with our kind and funny waiter, the captain, and another staff member let us know when food was ready when we were taking photos on the deck. And staff wished me a happy birthday, even with a nice decor on my dessert. So sweet! I would definitely go again next time we are near here! Waters2Wine was well worth the drive from our main vaca visit in Walla Walla! Thanks to everyone who made this such a great experience!
Beautiful day on the Columbia River to see the and hear about the Wallula Gap area. Ryan’s narration about the area was spot on. Filled with fun facts and humor. Food was great. I liked the fact that it was spaced out so you got to enjoy each portion without feeling rushed. Kudo’s to the servers who did a splendid job making sure each guest was well taken care of. My wife and I went on the sunset cruise for our 27th anniversary. Enjoyed very much the calm ride down the river and back. Nice scenery and different to see from the water. Very friendly service from the crew. Food was great. Overall we had a great time…no complaints. Thank you very much! Maybe we’ll see you in another 27 years
What a great venue. The staff was attentive and we were well attended. The food was good and presented well. The boat left on time and returned on time, to the minute. The trip in general was wonderful providing views not seen previously. The boat was clean and appeared well taken care of.
This is in my backyard. Literally. I would not have done this cruise had it not been for relatives visiting and already having a reservation on it. Far exceeded my expectations! Food is outstanding. We spend a lot of time on the river doing various watersports, but this is a completely different way to experience the river. Smooth ride, beautiful sunset on the dinner cruise. It was like a vacation from home, and I live here!
We just had my husband’s 70th surprise birthday party on their luncheon cruise and everything was just perfect! They took care of every detail just the way we had arranged it, and the food was a delicious fall menu that everyone enjoyed. Even the two vegetarian meals were great. Our youngest traveler was our 4 year old granddaughter, and the Captain let her come up front and steer the boat and learn all about navigating the Columbia River. The fact that Mother Nature smiled on us with a beautiful fall day didn’t hurt either! This is our second event on Water2Wine (the first was the longer dinner sunset cruise last summer)and they have yet to disappoint. Highly recommend this event to groups of all ages!
I was hosting an offsite activity for a large group of coworkers from around the globe and was very excited to share a piece of the Tri-Cities with them. I’m always excited to share my region and support local business at the same time. The service, entertainment (Murder Mystery), and drinks were fantastic. The group got to try some local wines for the first time, with great reviews. The interaction of the theater group with my coworkers was hilarious and really helped break the ice for us. It was a beautiful day and the river was the best place to be that afternoon.
I took my husband on this cruise for his bday. It was nice that you can add additional services like message in a bottle and a date package that included rose petals, a bottle from Treveri and chocolate covered strawberries. We also had a glass of champagne complementary. The food was amazing, my husband had the ribeye and I had roasted herb chicken. It was also nice that they have a deck you can go sit outside if the weather permits. Our deck crew was super nice and friendly.
AHHHHHHHH-MAZING ! Had such an awesome experience from the entry to the edit. Staff was very polite ; friendly , helpful and I’m happy we decided to do something different for Easter dinner this year ! We even got to drive the boat ! We will be back.
We are new to the Tri-Cities area. We decided to try the cruise out. Went for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The food was very good and so were the drinks. We enjoyed the cruise so much we came back the following weekend when my parents were in town. This time we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Everyone associated with Water2Wine were friendly, funny and accommodating. We will definitely be back to try other themed cruises in the future! You must try them out, totally worth it!
What a great time with a cruise, a live band, dancing, and a packed yacht! The 3 hour cruise and entertainment was a perfect for my entire family, and friends. We invited everyone we knew and it was an inexpensive way to PARTY without paying for a concert style band, a cruise, and a beautiful ride on a beautiful yacht. (That band was top notch.) They also have top shelf liquor for people who drink. It was nice to get dressed up and watch the sunset over the Columbia river.
